Shipping

Orders placed generally ship within 24 business hours. We have UPS and FedEx pick-up daily for quick and efficient service. All items exceeding UPS limits will be shipped common carrier. Call for estimated shipping costs. All items are shipped FOB our Tennessee Warehouse. If you have a preferred carrier, please call to indicate the carrier’s name. We ship freight collect, unless you specify to ship prepaid and bill you.

Rush Shipments
We can expedite shipments at your request. At the time the order is placed, you must provide an email indicating you will pay for this service or charge freight to your account.  

Returns

Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within 30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a full refund (Custom, Closeout, and Red Tag Sale are excluded. See below for detail.) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except in the case of company error.
