Order Online: Place your orders on our website. All orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day. 90% of all orders are shipped the same day. We will confirm your order by email and provide you with a tracking number and an order number for your records.

Order by Mail: Orders received through the mail should be accompanied either by a check or a money order for goods purchased. If you wish to buy on credit, please send credit references so that we may establish a credit rating for your firm. Terms are Net 30 Days. Pre-payments: All orders prepaid by check or money order may be discounted 5%. Your order will be shipped upon receiving payment.

Pick-Up: Save On Freight. We maintain a 50,000 square foot warehouse in Midtown Manhattan. Come down and see the products you want to purchase. Gather merchandising ideas by looking at our displays. If you are in a hurry, phone your order in and we will have your order on our loading docks waiting for you. Our efficient warehouse crew will be happy to load your truck or car. To facilitate pick-ups, call your orders in early and we can have the order ready for pick-up at our Warehouse Entrance at 410 Clermont Terrace, Union, NJ 07083.

Shipping: 90% of all orders are shipped the dame day. We have UPS and FedEx pick-up daily for quick efficient service. All items exceeding UPS limits will be shipped common carrier. Call for estimated shipping costs. If you have a preferred carrier please indicate its name or nearest warehouse. We ship freight collect unless you want to prepay freight. All items are shipped FOB from our New Jersey warehouse.

Rush Shipments: We will ship overnight at your request. You must send a fax or e-mail sales@americanhanger.com to us indicating that you will pay for this service.

Returns: Merchandise may be returned only after written authorization is received. Requests for authorization to make returns must be received within ten days after shipping date. There is a 15% restocking charge on all returns.

Canceling Orders: Call as soon as possible on non-printed custom orders and if order has not been shipped we will cancel the order. Custom orders are not cancelable.
